The maintenance is very easy and any over the counter cleaner is fine to use for a major clean-up.

No special products are needed, at all.

This coating is as easy to maintain as your interior floors and will be durable and good looking for many years with minimal effort.

Warranty Information

Garage Floor Doctor will guarantee the original purchaser against defects on workmanship or materials at no cost to you. Your floor carries a limited warranty up to 10 years against peeling or delaminating caused by any defect in the coating product or its application. Garage Floor Doctor shall make good faith effort for a prompt correction of the defect. Should a defect in our workmanship occur, please contact us as soon as possible to inform us of the specific problem. Garage Floor Doctor also includes a 5 year warranty against staining due to oil, grease, gasoline and transmission fluid oil.

Warranty Exclusions

• Warranty does not apply to any defect caused by alterations or modifications of any kind.
• Warranty excludes abuses, misuse, neglect, or accident.
• Warranty excludes cracking in the underlying concrete.
• Warranty excludes harsh chemicals such as battery acid, brake fluid, paint thinner, etc.
